<p><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">BlackBean Marketing is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist familiar with B2B marketing, SEO and SEM</span> to join our small but mighty team in Kelowna. This full-time position will work closely with the Lead Strategist to implement client marketing strategies and achieve client KPIs. We’re seeking someone familiar with working in an agency or a marketing role in the industrial sector. </p>
<h3><strong>What you will do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Implement client B2B marketing strategies developed by the Lead Strategist.</li>
<li>Conduct SEO activities including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Manage campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads (rare, but it can happen), including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Utilize CRO techniques to improve client website conversion rates.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against client KPIs.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing, SEO, SEM, and CRO.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing solutions.</li>
<li>Write content for BlackBean and clients to help support content marketing efforts.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What you bring to the table</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.</li>
<li>Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and (bonus points) CRO.</li>
<li>Proficiency in marketing and SEO tools such as GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Matomo</li>
<li>Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, writing, creativity, and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Confidence in managing client expectations</li>
<li>A B2B agency background is ideal, and experience in the industrial sector is a plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in an open, egalitarian, friendly, and hard-working environment where unsolicited facts and opinions about tennis, football, and hockey are often shared.</li>
<li>No certifications are required, but a proven track record is essential.</li>

<li>Salary: $60,000 &#8211; $65,000 per year.</li>
