Before we work with any client, we schedule a call to discuss your wants and needs, working and communication style, budget, and expectations. When we mutually agree it’s a potential fit, we can discuss our next steps. If for any reason it isn’t a good match, we’ll wish you all the best and go our separate ways: no aggressive sales pitches or annoying follow-up emails.

Every consultation happens remotely via Zoom or phone call. You’ll speak directly with Laura, our founder and CEO. We request that the person booking a consultation is a decision maker in your organization with high-level operational and marketing knowledge required to discuss your challenges accurately.

Consultations typically run between 15 and 30 minutes. We’ll ask you a series of questions about your business, marketing needs, and expectations, then open the floor to you for follow-up questions. If we mutually agree that it’s a match, we’ll set a follow-up meeting to discuss further details and walk through our roadmap process together. From there, we’ll work with you to structure an engagement that suits your needs.
